Entities in astral world

I want to try astral projection but all I see is warning about all the entities that won't have my best interest there. So how should I proceed? Are we absolutely safe when navigating the astral plane or there are actuall risks ?
I expect reply from people who actually tried astral projection or I even heard some are so advanced they even build temples there. Also I heard about some cord connecting the sould to physical body. Is it all real ?

There are actual risks to live in our world, so it's the same for any other. Wise is to proceed slowly, so you can have time to learn from the mistakes you make.

I'm not that advanced, I barely left the body few times. Safe to say that it's good to start in environment that is safe. Starting in your room is good choice. Find a good tutorial to leave your body and practice until you can do that in your room and keep exploring there until you become certain in exploring and udnerstanding. Then you can start exploring further.

Read some good books on this topic. Library is open to you. There is a lot you can read from books, but then, when it comes to practice, you will realize that the decryption and actual thing are not the same. A joke of reality. Still reading and gaining theoretical knowledge is great base for the work.

And yet, there are entities living there in the other worlds as well as in our that we are not aware of...

Oh I absolutely know about the risks in this world but never thought mossad and CIA would be one of those lol. Yes. I'm taking it very slowly. Hoping to gain enough knowledge before jumping in.

It's fear-mongering. I've never once had a negative experience of any kind when out of body.

I'll clue you in on how to detect if someone is full of shit regarding OBE's. If they have elaborate narratives about their OBE experiences, it's most likely a lie. It doesn't happen like some grand story. Some people write entire books filled with fantasies.

I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is different, but I have never seen the astral area where everyone is banging harems, throwing cars, building pretend worlds or whatever. Not once.

About other entities. I have only encountered a few. Most leave you alone. In my experience (100s of times into the astral) the entities respect consent and sovereignty. Simple as that. It would be wise to remember your discernment. Don't engage anything and you should be fine.

When I first start to enter, I encounter the astral parasites. The low level ones. They want to feed. They seem to hang around the edges at the doorway, or entrance. Is it like that for everyone? No idea. I just tell them I am not here to feed them and they fuck off. Simple as that. No extra attention or energy spent on them at all.

Also, you are doing it already without the aid of books or "instructions". Give yourself credit. Most wont attempt it unless every single thing is explained so they get the feeling of safety, and a map. You didn't. You went in curious. That's the best way. There is zero safety, I dont care what we think we know. We dont know much. You were just fine. Remember that. You were just fine. You did it right.

Just take each experience as it unfolds. Why care what others say about it? Are you doing it for yourself or for approval from them? Your astral experiences are about YOU, full stop. Dont let someone elses experience have anything to do with yours. You have no idea what lens, or framework they are operating from. That matters more than you think.

Keep going with it. Whatever you are doing, if its working, keep doing that. Map it for yourself if you want. But you are doing something right, and that also matters. Good luck!
