I found this very valuable exercise on awakening the fire flower in yourself. From the School of the Baltics. This is one of the varieties of the fire flower for awakening agni, that is, the flow from above the head.

3. FIRE FLOWER. A fiery spark lights up in the coccyx. It rises along the spine to the 1st center (3rd vertebra), where it lights up as a ball the size of a cherry. Keeping the fiery stem, the spark rises higher until it reaches the 2nd - heart
center, forming leaves from the stem. Then it moves up to the 3rd center (Agni), where it opens up as a flower cup. Fire begins to flow into this cup from space. Initially, it goes along the stem to the 1st center. From it, fiery roots grow to the feet.
Then we fill the entire volume of the organism with fire. We expand this volume successively to a room, a block, a city. We remove the volume of fire from ourselves. The pulsations of fire stop. The fiery axis goes up from the cup. The Eternal Peace of Fire and communication (energetic) with the Universal Agni are felt. We work - we communicate with the energies of the Fiery World. Then we draw in part of the fiery thread from the coccyx to the 1st center, part of the thread from the 1st to the 2nd center, part of the thread from the 2nd to the 3rd (at the same time, the roots are drawn into the 1st center, the leaves into the second, and the flower petals into the 3rd). We give the first ball (the lower one) straight in front of us with gratitude to the space, we also give the second and third, but we give the last one vertically upward (the theory of psychoenergetics of the school of Igor Kalinauskas). All these exercises allow you to master FOHAT (Fokatem) and communicate with the Fiery World and the Lucida matter. During the exercises, FOKATEM can manifest itself in the pupils in the form of dancing sparks - "fokatems".
V. Conclusions
Luminous matter is a path for the Spirit and easily leads it to the Higher spheres. It exists in the Cosmos (astral-mental level) and does not penetrate the Earth. If contact with this matter is achieved, a person quickly changes and evolves, becoming a Cosmic being. Primary matter is poured into the Cosmos at the vital-metaetheric level. FOHAT, or FOKATEM, is a granulation of primary matter charged with Higher energies, it can be lowered to Earth and caught by sight. With the help of FOKATEM, all the miracles of religions are accomplished, the secrets of White Magic and the power of yoga are realized. After exercises and prayers that call upon fire, one can, by imagining expanding Agni circles in the sky and on the earth, eliminate bad weather and drive away disasters. These fiery circles have the power of Adonai and destroy evil. Blessing of Fire to you!
