For health related problems what kind of spirits do you think would bring the best results?

I'm totally new to magick . I'm in my learning phase now.

At the moment im interested to solve my health problems. Even tho im strict with my diet and done a few treatments my problems are still there. ( constipation, candida, sibo, heart palpitations and a sagging colon that complicates life) .

I was wondering, from your experience what spirits are the most useful in this case?

Raphael of the Seven is absolutely superior, but I doubt you'd find him stricte "useful". He won't play by your rules.

So Raphael is the ultimate choice when it comes to healing.

I should investigate and find out people who worked with him for health problems to know how he procedes. I can be strict with myself as well but i also wanna make sure i can handle him.

He is, in a way. You see, with angels the matter is a bit involved, especially ones of such cosmic significance. There is a number of sigils and rituals invoking entities under the name "Raphael" and I can't vouch if and to what degree the things that answer are the actual archangel Raphael. It's kind of odd how much really silly stuff supposedly involving archangels in circulation that (inexplicably) works to a degree.

I think the best resource on how he works is just straight up the source material: the Book of Tobit. A lovely story in its own right.

She healed things I thought would never heal, as if there had never been anything wrong in the first place. She is genuinely very skilled when it comes to this.

If you're going to pursue this path, don't jump straight into invocations by simply calling out names. Approach them in a more disciplined way.

You must understand her, that's the first criteria, if you don't have experience about this stuff do not even try. I meant from "strict" is, do this ritual everyday kind of thing. Do not work with other entities along the way. Treat her as one and only savior kind of thing. I know it's quite limiting but to me that was worth it. I can't really go into any more detail because what to do changes from person to person with her. But generally things are often spritual. It rarely goes to diet or habits and such.

I didn't say he's strict. He's free and strange in his workings. He weaves everything into a grander story - sometimes sickness of the body is a pretext to mend the spirit and you won't often get an easy out of suffering. It's always worth it, though. He's a spirit of God after all, what you'll need is faith, not necessarily a schedule.

I see...for example having toxic members that contribute to stress and health deteriorating...how would he handle that?

Hello, I also asked Raphael multiple times. In many ways. With sigils (Gallery of magick Archangels of magic), but also in person in front of her statue in a church, lighting a candle and making my request with kindness, awe and respect (my sincere mood in that situation). She delivered the next week. Then for my brother in law I just repeated her name many times and watched his picture like it was one year later thinking "oh, look, the miracled one!" (So basically I jumped in time and acted like everything was solved. Entering the room ans looked at the picture not with anxiety like I used to do knowing he was ill but with the exact feeling of the sentence I stated above). She delivered after some weeks, maybe before. I am still working on other issues I have and she gives advice in dream sometimes. Some illness are linked to some behavoiur aparentely. I would like to speak with her and channel her energy but I don't have the skill yet. For my experience I can say three things: 1. Sincerity and need is more important than ritual. You cam improvise. 2. She works well also with non christian mantras. I offered a buddist mantra in the church. I have the feeling she doesn't care the language but only the comunication. 3. One good thing is coupling the request to some real action like "help me find the right doctor and therapy" so you make some way for the good things to happen.
If you feel not at ease with christianity there is also Great Buddah of Medicine, Reiki and others. Good luck!
