Hello everyone! Thought I'd make a quick thread of things you should know how to do but may not. This is FUNDAMENTAL, and there is a lot of things I'm not covering, but hopefully someone will find them useful.

Programming
I'm only going to cover the simplest forms of programming right here because this is just fundamentals.
1.) Verbal- just tell your energy what it needs to do with a little bit of will power behind it and it should do fine. Combine it with part two,
2.) Visualization- visualize what your energy is going to do. When combined with verbal command, you have a solid program.

Densifying Energy
Densifying energy is a very useful skill to make your energy more powerful and more likely to help you in whatever your need. This is also pretty easy.

Step 1.) make an energy ball
Step 2.) squeeze it down to golf ball size
Step 3.) repeat until softball size.

Binding Energy
Step 1.) Raise some energy
Step 2.) Program it. Whether this is by visualization or whatever floats your boat. Do it NOW.
Step 3.)Bind that motha fucka. This is done by putting the energy over the object, and visualizing it slowly melting into the object. Feel it flow into the object. Now, see the object glowing with that very energy.

Healing with Quartz
Step 1: get some quartz. This procedure will work better if you can get it ahead of time. Now before you heal with it, spend a good amount of time putting your good clean energy into the stone. Don't bother doing this if you are sick. You need clean energy.

Step 2: Now you should have a stone filled with good clean energy. Now to heal!
Locate the target's root chakra. Connect to it. If you can slow it down or stop it all together, it will be easier to work with. Just remember to spin all the chakras when you are done. Anyway, once you connect filter the sick energy into the quartz and replace it with the good energy. You can picture this by visualizing the quartz as a filter, an even exchange.

Step 3: The target should now have clean energy. You need to get rid of that sick energy now. A good place to put it is in the ground.
Preform a grounding meditation and feel your connection with the earth. This part is hard. Direct the sick energy down into the earth.
ALTERNATIVE: will the energy out and put it in a different rock. Then get rid of that rock unless you want to get sick too XD

IMPORTANT
This isn't meant to completely cure overnight, but it really does help in the healing process. I used it for a head cold last night and I have to say, I feel at least 75% better than I did yesterday. To enhance the effects on yourself, do pore breathing.

Quick Shielding Technique

1.) gather energy in the Dan Tien.
2.) focus on the area around your heart and choose a color that corresponds with the purpose of the shield. This can also be done with elemental energies.
3.) focus that energy into an egg shape and expand it around your body.

boom, quick shield.

Notice- this is not permanent nor is it the most powerful style of shield.​

Once you master those techniques, you got the base of a solid magick system. The rest will only dependant only your personnal beliefs and things you prefer.

I love using breathework while using the techniques, it really helps me to gather, shape and direct the energy.

You can also summon spirits, elementals etc while shaping the energy so they can help you to build your magick. Remember, you are the creator, the spirits will only help you to weave the energy, but you are the one who should direct the intent

This is good stuff and not a lot people put much time and effort in these techniques.

One thing to add to the densified ball: after densifying it three times I use it for divination. I gaze in the ball like it is a crystal ball. You will get different results from that. I am more able to see how things are connected, I see that more clear.

Another thing done with energy balls: form a good solid ball, hold it in your hands and go to a tree (or something else in nature, or a metal, or a color, a fire, a mountain, use your imagination) See a spiral of energy coming out of the tree, flowing through the air till it firmly connects with your ball. It will feed the ball. After a while, densify. Add to the ball as much as you want. Reshape as often you like. You are the master and creator...... You can use this process to feed the tree also, see a spiral coming out of the ball. Connect with the tree and feed. I did this with my tomato plants and doing this now with a few weeks ago planted grape.

Omg i thought i was the only who thought about using it that way. I also sometimes shape it into a "flame" and i use it the same way. I often create it while i Shuffle and spread tarot card. When i read them, i focus on the ball/flame in my mind and i read it at the same time.

See a spiral of energy coming out of the tree, flowing through the air till it firmly connects with your ball. It will feed the ball. After a while, densify. Add to the ball as much as you want.

Once again i came up with that technique after exploring. It allows you both to communicate with the tree, telling it your intent or "charging" it with your intent/message.

Haha, you're not the only one! But there are not much people who use it in that way and I still think it is because people don't have any ideas about what there is possible with the psi-ball. They learn the technique as a part of their education without any given ideas about how to use it in different ways. I hope this topic will be a place for seekers and testers. So over time I will share here what I know.

Making a flame shape is a new concept for me. Kuddos for sharing that! I will start doing experiments with that.

I used the technique with the tree also a lot when making plant allies. (A Rowan tree and the Yew tree in my front garden) The technique with spirals and the ball is also usefull to see if people around you are trying to steal your energy. >>> Make a quick ball in your hands and watch the ball: if you see spirals of people around you connecting while unwanted, break that connection. Mostly I see confused faces when I do that, or they just walk away. (And of course it is possible to feed people with this technique also)

For using these kind of techniques it is important that the magician is able to make balls very fast, on all moments of the day, on all kinds of places, on all kinds of occasions, with all kinds of details and colors so they can act fast. And it is important to be able to clear the mind in a few seconds on forehand. If not made with a cleared mind, there are chances that the ball has weak spots. People who are victim of their own emotions, often make balls with weaker spots. So training, training, training.

Yes indeed, that is a pitty. It seems that it is seen only like a beginners exercise, but there is much more. For me too the ball is my magic circle and much more. Dependant of how skilled someone is, can the ball consist the complete universe but also little small parts of the universe. In fact, everything you need in magic is within the ball and with the mind you can use and control it like a complete magic system! I highly agree that with you.

For seekers another technique: in my front garden I planted a yew tree for protection. After feeding it (see above) for several years, the tree is strong enough to work with. In that process you have to decide how often you feed and which energy you feed. ... If am leaving home for work or a holiday I sit down and make a ball as a weapon to protect my house. I envision how the ball is to be thrown by a branch of the tree to unwanted visitors. I programm the ball also to don't do this to the people who are taking care for our home while we are away. After detailed programming I watch how the tree connect his energy spiral to the ball. The Yew does know what I want and picks up the ball very fast and ot hangs it in the tree like a glass Christmas ball till action needed. If you want to protect the house from storms or other nature forces, you need to make another ball.
