I remember playing this. Carmageddon was quite funny game, you had to break your opponents cars, make them explode. Then something about driving over zombies. One of the first driving games I played.

Old NFS games.

Try finishing the game as 100%, all the secret doors. That's one unique challenge. I remember trying to do 100%, I cannot remember did I complete all of them 100% or not but it was a lot of fun trying to be the "completionist"
Carmagedon was awesome. Bro loved it.

One thing at a time. Right now I want to first complete the game, then I'll see if I have enjoyment for doing 100% challenge.

Did anybody play this one? Upshift strikeracer. This was online game, nothing offline. Here you had to blow up opponents too. You could mount guns on the cars and place landmines. The game closed in 2010 or 2011, not sure. I was never that much into racing games except for a few. This one was a great experience.

Not me...

Looks like Safari Biathlon racer, though that one was sci-fi and single-player. I still have it. One of my ideas was to program a reboot of it... never got beyond ripping out 3D models of cars...

Does Carmagedon has a story coming with it? SBR has impressive lore crated for it...

Ah yes, I finally found it. Mid 2000s I played this one.

Never seen this one before
If you wanna play that one or some other game I have, tell me, I have a lot of my old games, this one works on my machines, some people say it doesn't work on theirs... it's all abandon-ware. (and I also have DG-VooDoo for incompatible games with DX problems)

I used to love racing games or running games. I would play the flash game called run 2 liked using the ice skates on the one character to go fast.
I liked playing racing games at arcades. I didn't have a console so I would just play the ones at old arcades. There was one that closed down that I really liked.
There was one walking dead zombie one that I liked to play that one was fun. Then one game at restaurants where there were you were a snowman. You start out as one tiny snowman dude then the longer you live the more snowman pieces you get.
If you have one snowman piece everyone can get you. If you have two the twos and threes can you and three oh if you have three you are on top.
Then there was the monster game it was like tetris but monsters. Good game.

I played this one for a while before and around 2010, it is very old but I heard people still play it. A great racing game. Making maps is easy as well.(y)There are all kinds of servers, full speed tracks, mini, different styles.

Some of us are older and had seen and placed a lot of games. What games did you love the best and are proud to have played? Here is list of my most beloved games:

Drakan: Order of the Flame
Damn, was waiting for second one to go to PC like 10 years but it never got on PC. F*ck you, Sony! Anyway, the first game had incredible story and worldbuilding. The dragon flying was real fun too. On it's time the game had impressive physics and inteligence of the enemies was beyond their time. When enemy wounded other enemy they started fighting each other. Also sometimes cuted limbs and bleeding to death occurred. Rynn was also compared with Lara Croft.

With little talent, and some updates the game can still run on modern computers, bro run it on win 11, me on win 10. Though there can be problems with starting the game. There is still community around this game, but multiplexer matches are rare. Editor was later released, but it has a lot of problems to overcome. Not worth it unless you really mean it.

Space Hawk
2D shooter where you have a ship and you need to get through environment filled with shooting enemies and moving objects. Ship is fragile and along with gravity, reversed under water, explosions are pushing you out of the way too. Game also has level editor, that I never managed to master. With DgVoodoo game works 100% on modern Windows.

And it has nice story of you fighting an alien invading Earth named Dr. Baad, who you follow through his ship, Earth and alternate dimension, until you finally face him head on...

Ricochet - The Lost Worlds
Because there is no better arcanoid ever released than this one. Controlled by mouse, futuristic design, great graphic as well as music, over 100 levels, editor, still online available database of hundreds of more levels. Lost worlds was second of three games but this one became the most well known and the most payed of the three. Editor is difficult, but included right in the game and if one has time and patience, it can be used well.

With DgVoodoo works 100% on modern systems.

Takatis - A tribute to Manfred Trenz
Last in this list (not that I don't have more games, but this is enough...) is Takatis, a shooter on scrolling screen, with nice graphic, must had been first game I saw with using 3D models directly, not pre-rendered graphic. On Hard the shooter turns quite difficult. The Ship is fragile. The game has really

With DgVoodoo works on modern systems, but unstable, occasionally crashes.

Just to honorably mention: AVP2 (released 2001), Hornado 2.0, Warcraft 3, StarKnights, Carnivores 1, 2 and community remakes, Atomic Bomberman

Maybe one More: Safari Biathlon Racer, Because, it's awesome. It was genial idea and very beautifully made.
