Get better at my job

Hey everyone! This is going to be my first thread in this forum and I'm very excited about it. I only hope I can articulate myself clearly in regards to the question I have in my mind.

I have a computer engineering degree. I graduated last year. Yes, finding a job is hard, yes companies are laying people out left and right. But ı accepted the fact that this is the state of the economy. I also should add the fact that I particularly don't like engineering in general. Coding stuff, dealing with bugs, getting stuff to work is not my niche. I have to admit that I hate all of that process with my guts.
So the question I had is; I tried to think about multiple ways to help my situation. Maybe working with deities that govern over engineering, or trying ritual to change how ı view this profession, I even have been thinking about if there are any egregores that are bound to this engineering profession. The outcome ı want is growth and talent in my job, maybe liking it more, maybe gaining a natural knack for it. Even the favour of engineering gods would be great because Satan knows I need it. What do you think I can do to help myself?

Finding job today is hard...
first I would start "at home", with your higher self, guides, HGA, and/or other spirits that are directly tied to YOU. They can have some objections that need to be resolved, especially ancestors can have their own idea of who you should be. Being authentic is something we are pushed towards. They can also have ideas on what to do or what kind of job you should seek, since you are taught already, you might just need an inspiration on where to look. They might be of help. Especially if they start guiding you to some form of self-employment.

Technology is the closest to the smithery, when it comes to engineering. So any spirits connected to metal and iron forges might be of help. Engineering has many possible uses for being employed as much as for being self-employed, creating something that is not being available to buy...

Thank you so much for the response. I got a job recently, and I'm figuring things out in this new place. What ı intend to achieve is more towards how can ı be more succesful in a profession I'm not particularly fond of.
Iron and smithery has been in my mind and that's why ı tried to work with the spirit of mars. But I think planetary theurgy is too broad of a practice to aid in specific situations. (What ı could do within my capabilities of course.)

You are against yourself, if you believe/trust that the planetary spirit is too broad for working with your specific situation. But if that is so, you need to find a spirit that you trust will help you in your specific situation. I don't see why Mars wouldn't, but that depends on what spirit you do trust.

That is a great insight, thank you. But I have to ask; when you say "you are against yourself", do you mean that I have to do this ritual work on myself so I can influence change on my psyche or do you mean I'm making things harder for myself by being too rigid?

Fair question.
I meant that you make things harder for yourself this way, because you hold two views at the same time. One being that Mars has powers over what you need to be done, the opposing is that he won't because it's reach too abstract for your speciffic purpose.
