I have been studing the body. How the Cells listen and reapond to the body.
Recently i have been practising doing quality 5 minuet meditations (quality as in. doing it like a test that has to be completed)
A few days ago. I had thr intent to feel the feeling of love. It was easier then I thought.
i learned before that self love triggers the body to be more geometric. whole and clear.
Im gonna try this. Feeling the feeling of love for the remaining of the year (next 3 months)
and see what changes or improves.
I plan to update once a week with any improvements or changes.
My current theory is that. having the intent with no concern on the outcome. is the easiest method.
Note. i will not be trying to manifest anything specific. Im just going to document my results
