hello everyone

I am a lifetime practitioner of chinese energy work - meditation, chi kung, taoism, martial arts

i found this forum by happenstance, from a search - came back with a thread from here
over the years what little i have read about western occult practices, they seem very similar in essence to what i have learned and practiced over the years

look forward to poking around here and seeing whats up
