Greetings to everyone on this forum! I am glad to become a member of this great and I believe very interesting community.

I have a very curious nature. That's why I experimented with many spiritual, occult, esoteric, religious directions and practiced many self-help methods. I'm very versatile and open-minded, so I can't really say anything bad about any spiritual direction.

However, over time I decided on the book "City Magick" by the author Christopher Penczak. He is really a very good author and magician, he has written many books and this is his first. I chose "City Magick" for the simple reason that I live in the city. And since everything is sacred, both the living and the inanimate, both the natural and the artificial, it suits me to base my spiritual practice on the environment in which I live. Now I realize that there is no need to go somewhere in nature to practice magick or some other method. I'm not saying that being in nature is bad, but I want to say that spiritual practice can be practiced with the same quality in an urban environment as in a natural one.

I practice some basic exercises from the mentioned book, based on meditation. I've been communicating with my city totem animal for a while now. And it is a very nice experience.

Also, I have recently been practicing Hatha Yoga, because I need a strong and flexible body for meditation, and it is also healthy.

How are you, what are you doing, how is your spiritual practice going? I wish you all the best.
