Hi everyone, I’m ChromaticAlchemist.
I’ve been on an esoteric and spiritual path for years (since early adolescence, albeit at times unconsciously/intuitively) shaped by meditation, visionary experiences, deep inner work, and a long-standing pull toward hidden knowledge, healing, and self-initiation.
A big part of that path came through years of what I can only describe as an underworld descent, a dark night of the soul, or living in the shadow. Those years brought a lot of difficult and painful experiences, but they also changed me deeply. Over time I learned to turn that pain into art, and I started making tie dye as a way to transmute suffering into creativity. That process has helped me heal, become more whole, and it’s also where I found the inspiration for the name ChromaticAlchemist.
My path has led me into astrology, Hermeticism, Kabbalah, occult philosophy, ritual practice, and the study of transformative states of consciousness. Astrology has been especially important to me, and my chart reflects that strongly: Pisces rising, Aquarius Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Saturn in the 12th house, Cancer Moon in the 5th, Capricorn Mars/Uranus/Neptune in the 11th, and Scorpio Jupiter/Pluto in the 9th. That combination feels very aligned with the path of introspection, symbolism, mystical study, transformation, and deeper inner work.
I’ve also had a number of intense inner and visionary experiences over the years that pushed me to take this path seriously and left me with a strong sense that healing is central to my purpose.
Right now I’m focused on progressive self-initiation and applying what I study in a grounded, ethical, and practical way. I’m especially interested in astrology, Hermetic and Solomonic currents, alchemy, healing, visionary experience, and the deeper architecture behind esoteric systems.
I joined to learn, exchange ideas, and connect with others who take occult study seriously. Glad to be here.
I tried to keep my first introduction post short and to the point, (disclaimer) I did use AI to help me, I try not to overuse AI, but those are my first and last initials IRL ironically and I've been intuitively led to find a way to use it intelligently and one of the projects I am working on is prompt engineering and systems design to create a universal system for deeper analysis of astrological charts and technomancy/magickal purposes
I have a lot to learn, but I am ready for whatever unfolds on the path and I am thankful to have found this forum and look forward to being a part of the community
