I have no clue how I ended up here.
A couple of weeks ago, I started hearing about this "Aleister Crowley" guy due to some friends of mine, they didn't have that many flattering things to say about him, but I caught interest on who the guy was, if only because the name is cool as hell.
interested on what this guy was about (and skeptical about it too), I downloaded a PDF of one of his books, honestly one of the weirder reads I've done, but interested nonetheless, so I wanted to get full context of what and why and since when was Magick, plus I had decided to test it out once I felt comfortable enough understanding it to try a minor test of it.
Combine this with just curiosity about mythologies and symbolisms, and you can see why I ended up here trying to download a PDF of a book called Galdramal because I couldn't find it anywhere else for free, and it said that to download it (which I have not able to do yet, sadly) I had to log in, I didnt have an account, so I registered an account, which is the same one you are reading this from at this very moment.
Honestly I dont know much about the subjects discussed here nor magic in general, but I can learn, I suppose.
...Also; Hello. I should've started instead but here we are now.
Also, for those who find themselves reading this introduction of mine and are knowledgeable of the subject, I must ask: was this Aleister guy legit in the ways of magic and such or was he just tripping? Because if he was the latter, I just wasted a week or two of my life reading about the guy.
