Grief and Regret

Just watched some old music videos that reminded me of futility, of Fate, of circumstance, and legacy. How do you consider Eternity, the bigger picture, if you do so at all? And for those of you Elders, who have grown gray in the hair after a lifetime's worth of toil, how do you look at what you have accomplished in life, and how do you look at what sort of mark, if any, that you shall leave behind when you have passed. Are your ties to the Ancestors stronger now? Do you concern yourself more, or less, with how you shall be remembered? Or, like Commodus, do you hear the Gods laughing at the tragedy of your day?
