First of all, congratulations on the quality of the forum and its content; I've found things that I might need along the way.
For a long time, I've been organizing my own group buys, and I've also participated in many. It's the most effective way to access content. First and foremost, someone mentioned including a "courses" section, which was met with some resistance, mainly due to the legal issues it could bring to the site.
Even though it might seem trivial to some people, it could lead to certain problems like the site being shut down. Many pages and Discord servers, along with their accounts, are completely wiped out because of this. The staff knows about the responsibilities the website can face. We'll talk about it later; it's the last point.
PD: All of this is a suggestion, based on my experience organizing and participating; it's not a demand, your house your rules, and everything depends on the staff. I'm just a participant.
Morality, etc.
I know this will come up, so before reading comments. Many times, myself included, we've spent hundreds of euros or dollars on content that is easily available in some free books. Sometimes, we don't know the author, risking money like that can be complicated, and often, it turns out to be garbage. Other times, we simply don't have the money. In all of this, I recommend that if you believe the quality is good and you can afford it and want to do it, go ahead, but I'm not here to tell you anything, it's your business. Your intentions, your goals, your life.
Again, if you like it and the content is quality and you have the money, buy the original product, if you don't want to, it's not my business or anyone else's, at least I'm not anyone to judge. When I invest in someone I respect, I not only offer my gratitude but also offer my time because with that money the author can continue to delve deeper and teach.
What is a group buy?
It's simply a group purchase, where several people come together to buy a course or book, each putting in the same amount of money.
How is the price per person calculated?
This corresponds to the total price divided by the number of participants. The main way to establish the number of participants is:
Total price/number of participants + PayPal fees
PayPal fees depend on the amount of money you send. The person requesting the money has to learn to calculate these fees; it's easy and you'll do it intuitively in no time. Fee calculators often make mistakes from time to time in my experience.
For example, a calculation:
Q - We've already started collecting money, and new people have joined, LOWER the price!
Decision of the organizer, I always say no. It can become an absolute nightmare to have to refund money (couple of cents or dollars), especially if there are many people, and too many refunds can put your PayPal account in danger if that's what you’re using
Who collects the money?
Remember that this is a proposal; I don't make any decisions on this forum, so I'm just a suggestor. The best way is for a staff member to do it, although it can also be encouraged for reputable forum members to do it. One incentive, for example, is the fact that you're keeping the book in its original state, so the person organizing keeps the original copy. Another is that you have direct access to the page and sometimes to the forum if there is one, which always feels better compared to having to download or print a copy of the manual, for example. Another is that you're helping by offering your bit of contribution.
How is the money sent?
The main way money has been collected is through PayPal, although there are people who open options for crypto and credit card payments; if the staff approves this proposal, they will make the appropriate decision.
Avoiding your PayPal account being closed
It might happen to you, to avoid it:
Where do we buy the content?
There are three different sources:
Q - I want to participate but I don't have money: Offering a free product
Let's say you're in a situation where you don't want or can't participate but you're interested in the product, for example, this month has been financially difficult or you've just bought something. The option opens to donate one or several products that everyone participating will be able to access.
This product must:
You can do the same if you want to increase the attractiveness of a group purchase you have proposed. Sometimes, a product worth 1000 euros has been offered as a bonus (not donation) for a much lower group purchase because maybe the content is too specific, the author is not well-known, it's an advanced level, and you already have the basic content.
Allowed Categories: What type of products can I suggest?
You can use the categories that theoccult.click/bz has as a base; I would recommend reducing the quantity somewhat to make better decisions. There are categories not present there like "spiritual" business content such as hypnotic audios for attracting money, and most of the time, they are related to that same topic or hypnosis. They can be two additional different categories to what that page has.
I want to propose a group purchase - How do I do it?
We could use this template for now:
Name: Name of Product
Author/Creator: Name of Author/Creator
Course Name:
Original Sales Page :
Reseller Link :
Buying Sources: Original Seller/Reseller
Price: $ + Shipping (if needed)
Time Limit :
Estimation : $ [ Number of Participants Needed ] - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PAYPAL FEES, they are included in the final payment (a couple of extra dollars)
Post "IN" to join and "OUT" to remove yourself from the participants list.
Make sure you're interested in the course and have the financial resources to pay before joining any Groupbuy. By doing so, we will be able to calculate the GB price more accurately.
Payment Reminder will be sent through DM
If you are no longer interested in joining Groupbuy, please type "OUT" before the Purchasing phase begins.
During the purchasing process, you are responsible for making the payment. Failure to comply will result in a probation to join next ongoing gb
Example
Course Name and Author : <removed>
Author/Creator: <removed>
Original Sales Page : <removed>
Reseller Link : No
Buying Sources: Original Seller
Price: $299 + $24.99 Shipping = $323.99
Time Limit : No
Estimation : $32.4 [ 10 Participants Needed ]

The number of people you propose depends on you; it can be 10, 15, 20—use common sense; the minimum usually is 10. A course worth $800 would require a minimum of 20 or more, again, common sense.
The Group Buy Process
Q - I said I want to participate but I don't anymore
It depends on when you say it. If it's during the money collection phase, you can't back out because it affects the whole group, especially the organizer who calculated everything based on the total number of people. If it's before that, there's no problem.
Q- Someone said they would participate but didn't pay
Things can always happen, it's normal. If you're going on a trip or won't be available for a while, try to give enough notice of when you'll be back for organisational purposes. If you simply choose not to pay, the staff can handle this situation: warnings, not allowing participation for a period, banning participation indefinitely, etc.
Avoiding DMCA problems
There are several ways to do this, and it's essential to avoid problems. The simplest way is to create a Discord group, which is much more dynamic, practical, and faster than using the forum or other platforms like Telegram. This also avoids having to add an entire category to the page and all the problems that this entails for the staff.
Regarding the organizer's mega account, I recommend using a completely new one, or alternatively, sharing the file by sending a direct access link using someone else's email. The second option has worked well in the past.
Using torrents is an option, but we all know the problems that brings; it's not pleasant to have to re-upload everything from scratch for the organizer when people do hit and runs. It's simpler to have copies of the content on another free mega account or to have it downloaded and be able to re-upload when possible.
At some point, access to that subforum/Telegram/Discord channel/Discord server will need to be reduced or limited. This reduces the likelihood of various problems I've seen over time.

Avoiding your PayPal account being closed
It might happen to you, to avoid it:
- Use a secondary PayPal account.
- Try to have the account for some time already. I've occasionally used completely new accounts, and nothing has happened.
- Provide two payment options: as a purchase or as sending to friends and family (eliminates PayPal fees). This encourages people to use the second payment method, which avoids problems.
- Each person includes a message when sending the money justifying the money transfer. Since many people are sending money, the same message is used to avoid PayPal flagging your account; this option appears when sending money. For example: purchase for the Christmas party, money for the hotel, trip 2025, etc.
Where do we buy the content?
There are three different sources:
- One is the resellers. Online pages that resell content, for example <removed link>. To find these types of pages, use a browser other than Google, like Bing or DuckDuckGo, and search: the name + author + "buy", search the first 7 pages, if you don't find any page that resells it, then there isn't one. Whenever possible, buy from a page that has purchased it from the original page (an email is sent), this is important only if the program is recurring or it is known that there are updates.
- The original page (Always always recommended)
- A forum member who has purchased the product previously
- There may be a situation in which several people have done so, the first person who has said that they have it and is willing to resell it is chosen.
- It is required that the person shows proof that they have purchased the content (invoices, emails, etc.) and they have to provide access with a username and password to the platform. In the case of a book, it is scanned, and part of the total purchase price is included.
- Once the organiser purchases from the relevant original page, they send screenshots or GIFs to the staff refreshing the page to demonstrate that it has been purchased from the original source and not from another, which means taking advantage of the members to keep part of the money.
- The same product is offered later for a slightly higher price as a late buy-in. If people paid $10 or $50, you would pay that same amount plus a percentage that is the decision of the moderation group, such as 50%. For example, if we bought something for $40 per person, buying it later would cost $60 if we apply 50%.
- This allows for coping with other ongoing expenses or improvements that the page can receive for the benefit of all.
- This allows for fairness and incentivizes people's participation when a group purchase is announced.
Q - I want to participate but I don't have money: Offering a free product
Let's say you're in a situation where you don't want or can't participate but you're interested in the product, for example, this month has been financially difficult or you've just bought something. The option opens to donate one or several products that everyone participating will be able to access.
This product must:
- Have been purchased from the author's page and be able to prove that you have done so (invoices, emails, username and password, etc.). This avoids situations where someone buys a product from a reseller for $10 and tries to disguise it as a $500 donation. Additionally, it allows for maintaining high quality.
- Limit the donation to two products. This prevents there from being too many donors and too few participants.

The Group Buy Process
- A person opens a suggestion using the template.
- They wait until there are enough participants.
- Money is collected.
- The content is purchased.
- We wait until the person has received (if it's a physical copy) and scanned (if there is no ebook version), or downloaded (if it's content from a website or platform) the content. Sometimes this may take a while, depending on the amount of content and/or the availability of the person.
- The content is uploaded to mega.nz and the link or content is shared as a shared folder.
- Participants are notified by message or through the group buy page where participants were gathered that the content has been sent.
- The group buy moves to late buy-in and is available to others at a higher price.
Q - I said I want to participate but I don't anymore
It depends on when you say it. If it's during the money collection phase, you can't back out because it affects the whole group, especially the organizer who calculated everything based on the total number of people. If it's before that, there's no problem.
