OId post from March 5th 2023 from Tumblr
What do I call this..? Offering Flower? Hagith?
I offered this flower to Hagith on 15th of February and it is still going strong surprisingly until today 5th of March. I got Permission from Hagith to share about this flower and talk about it and honestly I feel shocked that the flower lasted THIS LONG!
I am honestly shocked by how it turned from almost withering to redish glow, and it didn't even want to fall apart at all. I hope that it shows how real some offering turns out when you do offering. Arbatel doesn't have to be complicated, pray, and you will get a response. As Tripitika master Hsuan Hua said "Sincerity evokes response" , just say Aphorism 14, Aphorism 21(first part), talk to the spirit, Aphorism 21(second part/license to depart). It's not rocket science. You don't even need the planetary hour/day, lemme post the rest pictures of this flower:
In the end I consulted Hagith to bury it somewhere and bury the seal and pour the water on the flower:
