Greetings to all. I'd like to know if anyone knows of a healing ritual. I have a client with a severe insomnia problem, and I've already tried the healing rituals from Universal Magic, Demons of Magic (Buer and Marbas), and Healing Magick Words of Power by Rose Manning. Although I've had success with the same person on other occasions, relieving both insomnia and other ailments using these rituals, this time they only work for one night. If anyone knows of another healing ritual, please share it with me or point me to the book where it can be found. Thank you.

I wasn't sure where to ask the question; if this isn't the right place, I apologize.

Is somebody paying you money to do spells from a book they can buy for themselves on Amazon?

Maybe she would benefit from a sleep pillow, or otherwise a living plant in her bedroom that is fragrant. Mint to keep bugs (and maybe intrusive thoughts) away, or lavender for calming.

Is the person a she and peri menopause? Insomnia can be bad by then, some women even take nature identical hormones to solve this and be able to sleep again! ....Is it a person with a higher cortisol? Maybe it is good/better to act on that. Apneu problems?Habits that disturb sleep? .....Insomnia can be a dragon with a lot of heads that first need to be cared for before magic help is the road to go.

I can buy a book on Amazon that teaches me how to change the oil in my car, yet I still pay someone to do it for me.

Rather than doing one time ritual I think it would be better to master meditation. I don't suffer insomnia, but I can tell, that meditation affects my sleep in a good way. I need less sleep, dreams are more vivid and easier to keep in mind. (remembered)

The advices here are good. There can be physical cause of this issue and since the spiritual stuff doesn't work, it is most likely the case.

Insomnia has so many causes and from my experience nothing helped more than a new routine of working out 3 times per week,
setting an alarm in the evening whereafter no more artificial light is allowed, sparkling water or anything that rises the oxygen in the body helps, also glycine powder that cools the body temperature and heats up the skin at the same time. A cooler temperature in the bedroom is best.

But the one thing that changed the most to me was the working out part. From sometimes sleeping only 5 nights in a week i went to 'being annoyed when someone disturbed my peace after 10pm'. Positive exhaustion. Deeper breath, like 'letting one fall while breathing out stronger' while trying to sleep helps.

What also is very effective are Mantras of any kind, similar to counting sheep the repetitive nature of seemingly meaningless words do replace thoughts that disturb sleeping.

Rituals where one asks for insomnia to go away in my experience also mostly work for a few nights, where one is nudged into the direction of listening to positive urges, to the inner voice that says to avoid certain things or end the day so to speak.

But forming a complete daily ritual or routine that changes the former state is what i would aim for.
