Heavy energy and how to avoid it?

Hi all!


I’ve come to suspect that I’m not protecting myself enough? I‘m an 11th house Pisces stellium, and while I do acknowledge that I don’t pick up such heavy energy as I did before I started protecting myself, I still feel like I’m picking up negative energy. Recently, I’ve noticed a pattern. I get a service (a tattoo, a medical provider, etc) and they have nothing but outstanding reviews, 5 stars all around. Yet, when I interact with them, the work is sub par and I’ve been a bit of a therapist the whole session. This has been going on for a bit over a year.

I have shungite, black tourmaline, as well as other crystals that I take every where with me. I have several evil eye tailsmen, do an egg cleanse every so often etc. I feel like my house is warded pretty well but maybe me as an individual isn’t?

Sometimes when we focus too much on not picking up negative energy, we end up creating more of it through our own thoughts. Your thoughts shape your reality works both ways

I hate to be that guy but I would recommend a no-tech banishing or purifying ritual.
Your imagination/ visualizations can be your primary and most potent tools.
Personally I am very weary of all types of crystal-tech especially when store-brought, and especially when an unspecified number of intermediaries have been in contact with the stuff.
A found pebble or rock from the side of a trail has done great for me (again believes may vary).
I would recommend trying some different banishing rituals, chaoist banishings among others some are 'easier' to implement multiple times a day.

So you think that the people in contact with the stones impact its effectiveness? Can you elaborate more? It makes sense. There's also the problem of ethical sourcing, heavy industrial cutting and authenticity (a lot of glass crystal stones from China)
