Welcome :)

I'm jealous of your lucid dreaming ability. I've always struggled - the fact I find it so difficult to remember my dreams upon waking doesn't help!

I am not that great with actual lucidity, I have been lucid multiple times, but I get distracted by the fun things that I never remember my intentions 😂. But I'm growing. I have some tips for remembering the dream if you're interested 🤷🏾‍♂️

Haha, that sounds cool though ;)

I've been trying to get into a habit of asking myself multiple times during the day if I'm dreaming - in the hope I'll ask myself this when I'm actually dreaming and kick off a lucid state. And maybe it works, but I don't remember :ROFLMAO: I know I managed it a couple of weeks ago; I don't remember what I was dreaming about, but I do recall excitedly declaring "I'm dreaming! This is a dream! I'm dreaming!" and I promptly woke up.

So that's a long-winded way of saying that yes, I'd love any tips you can offer for remembering my dreams.

So the easiest way for me to remember the dream is to stay in the position I was in when I woke up and notice how I feel emotionally first. And I just sit with that feeling like it's a perfume or a music note, and I just try to catch a whiff or tune in till the feeling stabalizes. Eventually something of the dream comes back to me and I just stay with the fragments till most of not all of it comes into my memory. To me, it's like following a scent like a hound dog haha
