Hi guys!... so recently iv been having these dreams about this girl. We were really good friends and we were super close by mid 2024-beginning of 2025. then by april things just slowly died and we apart stopped talking to each other as much. Then by august she moved to a different state for university. I fell in love with her. then recently (well not recently like about 2-3 months ago) i found out she has a boyfriend and honestly i wish her best i don't really have any remorse or regrets with her. but for like 6 days in a row now. iv continously been having dreams about her or something related to her. iv tried ignoring it but its really hard to get over her if she keeps coming in my dreams esp cuz shes my first love and all. how do i not dream about her. i really want to forget about her

is there anything i can do?
