Book Share Rule No. 8: "You may only share books written primarily in English. Small portions of excerpts of other languages are allowed in the book, but if more than 50% of the book is not in English, then the non-English portion must be an excerpt or reference to historical occult literature (e.g. PGM)"
This document is entirely in Latin and of no use to anybody. It isn't even an OCR scan so a machine translation is impossible, and the font makes it unlikely that an OCR program will correctly recognise all the characters. , it is in fact the requested book offered by John R. King IV but even though the lulu page says that the document was in Latin, I'd have never guessed it was in Latin ONLY. There are two Heptameron books on amazon, most likely with a translation, but not by John R. King IV.
Nevertheless, thank you for your effort, I was unable to locate that book myself, so kudos!
In the meantime, here's a Heptameron document in English including a few passages in Latin only, mostly prayers, exorcisms, etc. that are probably meant to be recited in the original:
