Herbal cigarettes

Anyone else roll there own herbal smoke blend here is my daily smoke.

Peppermint, blue lotus, weed, wild dagga, mugwort rolled in hemp paper

I aim for equal parts of each ingredient.

Lovely calming agent.

I used to smoke but gave it up. I have a pack of Djarum Blacks + Regulars (clove cigarettes) for the "dark days" though.
Generally I would just burn these as amalgams in my censer and enjoy the scents as they billow themselves up. I always quaff, "Lungs are meant for air!". I do find lavender particularly calming. That is something always to be enjoyed no matter how you intake it. I might have to try burning more combinations.
