I am still researching. I love RHP, but I am drawn to the LHP too. I want to delve deep into the subject before practicing. Training my mind first, before praxis. I am not an expert in any of the subjects I mentioned, more as a beginner so to say. I had my awakening late, at 35 years of age. By awakening I mean the experience of ego death. It took me a year to figure it all out, all the visions, subconscious mind, conscious mind, realizing that my diagnosis of Borderline personality disorder doesn't define me... I started working on myself and reading a lot of books in that period, and working with my therapist of course. Learning doesn't stop there of course as the ego has to stay dead 😊
