I’m currently studying the Toltec Recapitulation practice as described in the Toltec traditions (Castaneda, Victor Sánchez, etc.).
I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with it, practices it, or has resources or insights to share.

I’m looking for the book The Joy of Living by Merlin Starlight, but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. I was wondering if anyone might have a copy to share or sell—I would really appreciate it.


I also wanted to briefly mention the Toltec Recapitulation again—it’s a simple but powerful practice for personal growth that seems not very well known here, and I think it could be of interest to many forum members.
