Hi,

New here.

My background is around 23 years in Theravada Buddhism, with studies in Esoteric Thai magic "Wicha" and recently have shifted my focus to Daoism, internal alchemy and Chinese Buddhism.

I also have a 35 year background in practicing, martial art's with an emphasis on Chinese Gongfu.
