The Four Emperors: The Skeleton Key part 1

BACKGROUND

This is a result of some ongoing brooding on the link between Sacred Geometry and Magick, and an insight I got from a meditation on the Four Rulers, Oriens, Amaymon, Paymon and Egyn.
It can be considered Astral Magick, doing it in your mind, or you can spin an actual working out of it, with circles and all. It is not beginner's stuff.
It uses some well-known imagery and blueprints in a different way.

The Four Rulers are an overlooked (in many cases) or mislabeled (in just as many cases) or misplaced ( in even slightly more cases) item. To make a long story short, I feel that they are more of a Cosmic nature, and later on got funneled in the subaspects of Paralda, Djin, Nichsa and Ghob. The latter four can be contacted and they rule in their own right, but the Four Emperors or Rulers seem to do this on a far grander scale.

Looking at the traditional magickal circles, there are often several circles, representing the several lines of defense or attunement to divine hierarchies or other; basically, concentric circles.

If you think of the Magician or Maister in the center, working with the authority of the Divine, this is literally the centerpoint of the Magickal Universe he is standing in, the axis around which all revolves. And this is where it gets interesting. I received an image of the circles, bird's eye view, connecting the different spheres of the Tree of Life, expanding outwardly, the further you expand, the further your circle goes, the further your consciousness expands .

You stand in the center, and you are rightfully standing in te Kingdom, Malkuth. Your first circle defines the Yesodic realm, the Astral. Then, you have the next circle, extending into Tiphareth, and reflecting your connection with the HGA.

Now on this trajectory, you encounter the Da'ath sephirah, which delineates the gap between your attainment of Tiphareth consciousness, and the reaching of the supernal triad of the Tree of Life, being Binah, Chokmah and Kether. This supernal triad forms a Triangle. Outside the circle. Rings a bell?

The supernal triad is the cosmic forces pouring into the first blueprint of existence. This is a very nice Triangle of Manifestation indeed.

Now, I had to think of the Cosmic Snowflake, which gave a bit of a problem, as it is a six-rayed star kind of design, which clashes with my 4 cardinal directions to project the Tree on.
No problem! It depends, literally, on your viewing angle. If you look at the cosmic snowflake as being along the three axes, front-back-, left-right-, and finally above-below, the two images melt together perfectly, with the addition of an upright Tree and reflected Tree !

This brings me to the actual working to do with this system.

WORKING

From the center out, you first "claim" the circles, you lift your consciousness to the sephiroth of the Middle Pillar, upwards. Malkuth, Yesod, Tiphareth. Then you walk the Paths, from Malkuth on, taking the Saturn/Tav Path, and working your way up, through the lightning pattern. But in reverse. Once you reach the upper Triad, you envision this lighting up.

You do this with all four directions.

Then you invoke the Four Rulers, per direction, in those supernal triad triangles that also reflect the well-known use of the Triangle of the Art.
Then, a direct line (Middle Pillar) can be established between you and those four Rulers.
You can do that on the 4 levels of Creation, by envisioning your centerpoint at first in Malkuth of the vertical Tree, for a second working in Yesod, for a third working in Tiphareth.

No idea after that whether it is feasible to go further.

there were two images in this post and a link to Hieronymus' blog these have all been lost to the abyss. I tried to recreate the image based on his instructions in this post.
