I've had quite a few horary successes over the years in identifying the status and location of missing persons (unfortunately most of them deceased by the time I got involved). But the one that sticks with me is one of the very first of its kind. Back on Aeclectic Tarot an English woman asked me to help locate her missing brother, who had mental issues and had gone to Paris on a whim with little money, just the clothes on his back, and no plan for the future. She hadn't heard from him for months, so she went to Paris looking for him but had no clue where to start.
She contacted me from her hotel, and I did a horary chart showing that he was most likely in an institution of some kind (I was thinking hospital) to the East of her hotel and not far away in a place she might not think of looking. (Lord of the Third House of siblings in the Twelfth House of institutions and secret places. adjacent to but behind the First House of the Querent. She went looking based on that advice and found him less than an hour later in a jail a short distance to the East of the hotel.
