Either locate or conjure a realm where you can do those things, then, go there.

By an extend to can. But you need more that your mind.
Form the clear Intent to move an object.
Compress the intent into words "I want to move this object".
Take Action by moving the object with your hand or other tools. (No telekinesis required)
Observe what happens as you move it, record your process.
Reset your mind and let the idea of moving objects with your mind go...

My Guru told me an interesting story. There was a yogi in India who possessed such pyrokinesis power that he could make raw firewood catch fire in the pouring rain. He made no secret of his skill, and was willing to teach anyone who wanted to. I'm shocked that some of these scams have been going on for decades, and apparently still going strong. Years ago Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) popped the bubble of all the Chi-balls powered martial arts when all their sifus and wonder mages got knocked out by quick hook to the face.

There are whole cottage industries of fake traditions, usually created by poor people in developing economies, designed to sell fake initiations to the gullible , and make money.

You have everything you need here. Just get to work. Save your money and avoid all the humiliation.

I was just going to say that until I saw your message. That actually what I study...not for those reasons but health. If anyone is interested in seeing that in action you can find demonstrations on YouTube.

If you want to learn it... There are a few, but it ain't cheap...and you'll physically have to meet with these guys after a few years to transmit the final lessons. You can't learn it online entirely. Don't look up neigong because that is a huge umbrella of practices. Look up faqi fa gong, or fa qi gong/neigong.

I was just imagining casting fireballs during daytime, then in dreams I had "real" ones, as well as electric bolts. Sometimes it is hard to do such actions in lucid dreams because of excessive stability.
