been feeling stuck lately in regard to connecting to my energy. Does anyone have any books to help with energy flow Or practices to help with magic?

I would first exclude all mundane explanations and go for a medical checkup – a simple iron deficiency, for example, can lead to constant fatigue, high blood pressure to low moods, an unbalanced diet and/or lack of exercise to a general feeling discomfort, and it would be a pity if you read a load of books with contradictory opinions and began all sorts of exercises when the reason is purely organic.

Me personally, I'm biased towards physical interventions like martial arts practice (or would at least recommend subtler ones like hatha yoga, qigong, or various bodywork methods) to tackle energy problems because I've found them to be more effective and reliable than purely mental ones. As to practices to help with magic… groundwork - meditation, visualisation, breathwork, energy work, the whole Liber MMM syllabus in Carroll's "Liber Null & Psychonaut" (in the forum Library).
