How does one "externally project energy" to affect the physical world?

So not long ago I made a similar thread, about how to use energy to physically affect stuff. I didn't really get any meaningful answers other than one guy who was vagueposting, and even still it peaked my interest

What you are experiencing is a universal bottleneck in energy practices. You are moving from internal manifestation (which relies on your internal bio-electric field and focus) to external physical projection, which requires overcoming physical entropy.

Read more about those terms
Now he probably made those terms up because I can't find anything on them. But it does seem to make sense. So how would one overcome "physical entropy"? I've been at it for almost a year with zero result, so it is probably not a matter of practicing long enough. Maybe theres some kind of trick to it? I dunno.

It's just another model to try and get you in the right state of mind. Objectively, it doesn't mean anything, but success in magic doesn't start with the objective.

It may be that you just don't buy into the idea. There are plenty of other magical systems out there.

Many people think magick is just setting an intention and then sitting there, wishing they could move a mountain. But magick is about working with currents to manipulate what’s happening around you. It’s not just projecting a desire outward, it’s actively manipulating currents. There’s a big difference.

You could focus on moving that mountain for a year or even twenty, and it would still be there if you haven’t actually manipulated any part of that mountain.

Magick is like building a car. You can have the blueprint from someone else and set your intent on it all day. If you don't actually get the materials and start to build it, that car won't appear out of nowhere.

One has to learn the fundamentals, seek the best blueprint they can understand, see they have the materials, the team.

Unless you have those, it is just a pipe dream. In magic things are more subtle, more energy inclined. Just reading a book or a couple dozen doesn't help. You can gather a 1000 blueprints, even successful ones and know them by heart, if you don't have the means to build it, it is equal to zero.

Unless you survive for long enough with that succesful blueprint until you get the means.

Sometimes, opening your own eyes is harder than having someone else open them for you. My advice, follow the success of life. You need to be like a turtle, long lived, remaining, tenacious. It's not those who run the fastest, but those who go on and on and on that succeed, those that live to tell the tale

Follow the passion of magic, but be grounded and also think about your survival. Chase after magic when you have the material means to sustain yourself and be well and even then do so with caution. Magic can be dangerous, especially without an exeprienced teacher.

And in magic, there is a paradox. The most experienced teachers are those you get to by... well...being good at magic and even then, those teachers might be weirdos or some horrible beings that seek to suck you dry for their own means. Just because someone is more experienced, does not mean they have good intentions or are good people.

In the dark, I saw a guy force feed his students some weird large white insects, called them Garrats or such, disgusting things! To him, it was normal. Turned their spirit into horrific things... Ugh. The sight was so disgusting I bought some bug poison and drinked it with water, just in case, made me feel filthy.

I have learned to trust my dreams. I dreamed of seeing bugs under my bed and they were there in a box, I saw them in the dream, I saw them normally.

My advice, approach magic like you would approach a hornet nest and be extra careful. Most times though, magic is very filthy, like life.

If I could encase myself in metal and become a robot, I would do it, disconnect from all that filth.
