How is everyone's practices fairing under current events?

Or rather than current events, I'll as how your practices bear up under times you find stressful.
Are they the constant thing that helps you keep going? Do they fall by the wayside when you're under stress?
So far I cant really pin down what causes me to stagnate in my growth.

Hey there, I believe if your current practices are more on the theurgic side, you would continue with them and find strength in doing them regardless of external events. If you are more focused on specific techniques or oriented toward attaining some goal, then that is where you're more likely to drop off the path as you become overwhelmed with the minutia of your life or the swirl of macro events that we get bombarded with. I find it easier to continue by stepping back & asking why I do 'x'? If I land on a reason that goes beyond my needs, then the Work goes on.

Not good. Current events really made it clear that there is not that much safety out there. Anyone can become a new target for peopIe that are powerfuI and not many wiII care.

Those that do won't be abIe to do much about it because peopIe bought into the idea that having free time means you are Iazy.

No that idea was just made so peopIe wouIdn't be abIe to do much when events like this happen. So my practices are just going south because I have some time but none of that time that feeIs free.

So far so good, though if I loose my job eventually and not ready for it, it might screw me up.

The missing time for anything is actually hardest part.
So true. every day has 24 hours, no matter how many tasks you need to do. Priorities setting is a challenge.
