Naw, this was on an elliptical Machine.
I'm going back to my relatives subdivision vision on a mountain. The cul de sac is flat, so it t won't trigger my fear of heights. As discussed the Calories burned were due the a quick pace, 100 steps per minute.
I'm also sorry wlu get ng on with Alexander Technique. Pilates will also ensure when back in CA.

Elliptical? In action, as in writing, I often practice ellipsis and leave out entire workout routines.

Apparently, although BMI is really just a rough rule of thumb, I am the correct weight for my height. I go swimming most days and feel quite fit. I've never smoked.
When I told a friend of mine how old I was, he replied incredulously "But you're a CHILD!"

My motivation is mainly to be healthy, feel good, and independent in old age. Fun is also an important factor.

As someone who had a lifelong aversion against physical exercise it can be a long way. What helped me though is finding something that is fun (it was yoga and going for walks for me), doing a little bit of exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes, and sticking with it until it becomes a habit, because I am a master at finding excuses and in letting my propensities to be lazy take over.
At some point it becomes actually fun and I started to really enjoy it, partly because I realized it makes me feel good, I sleep better, my energy levels are improved, better concentration and I even feel younger. What never worked for me, was getting fit for the sake of getting fit or looking good.
And now? I am a yoga teacher of Vinyasa and tibetan yoga, but I also like hiking, long walks in nature, calisthenics and riding the bike.

I like cooking and I am pretty good at it, so that certainly helps in staying fit and healthy. Life is too short to eat food that does not taste well, or eat crap, that can hardlybe labled as food.

My wife says I act like a two year-old. Same thing?
