How to ask my parents for help with buying a car when they spend money on alcohol instead?

I’m reaching out because I’m really struggling with something and would appreciate your advice and wisdom.


I’m their only son and I’m trying hard to build my career right now. Having a car (or at least help with financing one) would make a huge difference for me — it’s becoming a serious obstacle in my current situation.


My parents have the financial means to help me, but instead they spend their money on alcohol and other things. I feel frustrated and sad about it. On one hand I know it’s their money, on the other hand their support right now could really change things for me.


Does anyone have experience with this kind of family situation? How can I approach them about this in a respectful but honest way, without sounding entitled or ungrateful? I want to express how much it would help me at this important stage of my life.


Any practical, emotional, or magical advice is very welcome.

I’ve been lurking here for a while and I need some serious help with a targeted working. I want to compel my parents to buy me a car – not just “suggest” or “influence”, but properly force them through strong black magick/demonic intervention.


I’m looking for:

• Very potent demonic entities that specialize in domination, control, or financial matters (especially influencing stubborn authority figures like parents)
• Effective rituals, pacts, or spellwork that have worked for similar situations (making parents do something they currently refuse)
• Sigils, offerings, or full invocation methods that deliver fast and strong results
• Any curses/hexes on their willpower/resistance if needed

I’m ready to go as dark and committed as necessary – blood offerings, full evocations, long-term pacts, whatever it takes. No weak “lightwork” or manifestation fluff please, I want real coercive power.


If you have personal experience with this kind of domination magick on family members, please share what worked for you. Any advice, ritual steps, or entity recommendations are highly appreciated.

Relying on other people to buy you shit is the least LHP thing I can think of.

The older people get, the more set they become in their ways. If your parents have been indulging in their hedonistic lifestyle for decades, they'll resist any attempt, mundane or supernatural, to make them reconsider. I myself have found that targets can be so headstrong as to make them impervious to magical influence, and forcing them to act out of character is as good as impossible, but then such a failure could be attributed to my lack of skill and/or power.

There are basically two schools of thought:

• well-nigh omnipotence model: magic can accomplish anything!
• probability model: the success of a magical operation depends on the likelihood of the desired result coming to pass

The goal of acquiring a car by means of zero effort can be achieved in any number of ways, say by inheriting one from your uncle or by purchasing one from windfall money, e.g. an unexpected tax rebate. The more options, the greater the probability.

Your scenario, however, envisages a very specific solution to your desire - the car has to be given to you by your recalcitrant parents, not your uncle or anyone else. Now the probility model will say that's foolishness, you're only limiting your options and setting yourself up for failure. However, you seem to favour the well-nigh omnipotence model, which is why you propose some pretty drastic methods specifically aimed at breaking the will of your parents, which are out of proportion if it was just about a car. Strictly pragmatically speaking, I'd divide the issue in two: a) acquiring a car for free b) changing the minds of your parents - in this way, you increase your chances of success without making a) dependent on b).

Several things strike me as wrong about your list of suggested measures though. If by 'sigils' you mean 'chaos magic sigils', you'd know that we can't give them to you, you'll have to create them yourself. If you'd ever worked with demons, you'd know which one's to conjure anyway. And what have 'full evocations' got to do with the efficacy of a ritual?

I'm not a fan of the nigh-omnipotence model because I've found that any sort of meddling, be it mundance or supernatural, can have uninteded consequences and side effects. People don't like to be manipulated and may subconsciously fight back, so better have a plan B and an exit strategy ready if things go haywire. I don't mess with people anymore because I've found that magic will create a bond with the target, and I've never quite succeeded in insulating myself from the spillover, but that's perhaps just me.

My two cents:

Most start magic with some variation of New Thought / Chaos Magic techniques (even if unrecognized as such by people trying to uptalk theie fave mythology). It's important to focus on (living in) the end goal, NOT focusing on the exact means to get the goal. (See Neville Goddard for this).

I thought these techniques were stupid for many years, but are shockingly powerful. And example of "living in the end" as Neville would say.

Say you want a firetruck. (I mean, who doesn't?)

For 5 minutes twice a day, when in a drowsy state (akin to sleep), when first waking up and falling to sleep, pretend you're in a First-Person Firetruck Simulator video game.

In you game in you imagination you are admiring the firetruck. Running your hand across the red painted exterior. Feeling the cool metal handle as you open the door and step into the firetruck. Run your hand over the dashboard and see the sunshine glint off the hood. Feel good about having your own firetruck. Just enjoy being in the firetruck. That's it. Say something like "Alright, alright, alright" (or whatever phrase that make you feel good and satisfied. Like after enjoying a really good dinner. )

Do not visualize someone giving you the firetruck, or where it comes from. That's getting hooked on the process, which only reifies perpetually being in the process. Most people get stuck here. Their egos LOVE the journey, not the attainment. All good, but save that for IRL.

I will note New Thought is not Sorcery / brujería has plenty of control, cursing, and domination workings. But these "externalized" practices. The demon are outside the circle. We use tools we can very obviously see in out hand, which we can pick up and put down.

Cursing work is kept out there and over there, as far away from me and my sense of self as possible. Many New World sorcerers will not do them inside their house. More gentle persuasion working like Sweetening Jars workings are pretty safe in sorcery. , as well as New Thought gentle persuasion to get your SP.

Speaking Sweetening Jars - you might want to start with one to "sweeten" your parents. Combine "living from the end" with a bit of sorcery.

They sound pretty off, like a little kindness and sweetness will do them some good. Of they are very resistant - and HoldAll is correct many people have ossified, hard ego shells - first start with workign to "blind" and soften their sense of being worked on. This is called a "Confusion" working in Hoodoo / Bujeria , and is specifically used to make them more open to being influenced by the main working. I hope that helps!
