[Help] How to cut parasitic cords from the energy body??

I have one connected to my sacral. A dark clouded entity that won't reveal itself put it there many years ago. My sacral chakra is like nothing it's there. It's completely empty. Finally found the reason why i have pockets under my eyes for almost a decade straight.

It is my number one priority to remove this and i prefer to do it myself since i do not want to cause problems or conflicts for anyone that would help directly. I need help to understand how to. Please help.

It's kind of difficult to help another practitioner with those problems. Everyone is using their own symbolic architecture that dictates how components of their spirit are laid out and interact with each other, not to even mention practical preferences. For example this general kind of issue I have some decent ways of dealing with, but chakras and chords are not my first conceptualusations of choice. Maybe there is a way to bridge the gap though.

Tell me how does that feel. Numbness? Guilt? Exhaustion? What is the "colour" of that entity?

Here are two things you can do that work synergistically

First, you need to start establishing your I as its own power. Realize you exist in this very moment and wake up as if this is a dream. Get a wordless, non-conceptual sense of your own self-reflective existence. The I reflecting the I. This is quite rudimentary for the activation of the Self but it is a necessary start and there is no better protection than the enlargement of the awareness of Self.

Second, you can go ahead and sense this entity (if it really is such, it could very well be a thoughtform or rather a series of thoughtforms) and start draining it. At the very beginning you may feel rage and that is ok but should/will transition to a more detached clinical feeling. You can also absorb every 'negative' emotion and phenonema you intuively sense associated with all this. With practice and experience, that intuition will increase into ever more subtle aspects.

well, here's a third aswer if you were to have no appetite to eat something so unappetizing. just be in your center, be above and behind your body (kinda what @Beyond Everything said but i'm not sure you need the ontological backflip - you should Know who / what you are if you let yourself)... and from here see the thing, like take a proper good look at it. if it doesn't disappear from this alone, pull it off with your will, and either purify it (if you know how) or give it to someone who can handle it (spirit patron, deity, guru, whatever...) then balance your flows and you're golden

Yea it funny to see that lol. But they mean well so i don't mind.

I will need some kind of exercises to be comfortable with what you're saying. I was thinking of reading New Energy Ways and practice daily stuff from there. Also in the case it was a contract made ( which i wonder if i could make while not conscious ), i worry to ask someone else to help me.


@Nembra The thing looked like a charcoal group of clouds. I would love to explain exactly how it feels but after these many years of having it i actually do not know what feeling is normal and what isn't.

@Beyond Everything It is not a behaviour i endorse sorry. I'm looking to gain sovereignty, not start fights. And it's not connected to that entity. I saw it going so high up i didn't see the end of it.

I told you specifically how to go on the road to sovereignty (and robert bruce's book is not going to help you achieve that to any extent), and the other advice had nothing to do with 'starting fights' but reclaiming energy. Id suggest rereading it in full context. If you take back the phenomena as your own energy you will cease experiencing the deleterious effects. But do what you want. Clearly you have built up your own compounding problem over the years. Running to egregores as the other person suggested is not the path to power and freedom

Once I was told out of the blue at a coffee with a friend that I had an entity attached to my energy body. I had dismissed my friend's mediumistic side but I had a persistent ache at the point that he said was where he could see the entity.

I took it seriously and used very powerful Buddhist meditation to get rid of the entity. This worked. At the core though, there has to be some kind of imbalance that produces the conditions for something like this to occur.

There are similar occult meditations but probably you will have to do many different things.

The ones I would mention are all RHP.

Regularly turn your bath/shower into a purification for you. The details depend on your path of course but generally involve salt, invoking the purification power of salt and visualization of your highest power purifying your body, mental self and energy self.

Everyday several times a day visualize and or invoke your highest power to purify your body, mental self and energy self. The visualization here could be dissolving the entity into energy or space and leaving or it could be the highest self energy directed to forcing the entity to leave, ect. This can take many forms. Depending on what the entity is doing you may have to do healing magick. This could also take other forms tailored for your specific path so anything beyond generalities would easily be too specific and off in details.

i discovered one on me too, it was red and flesh like, it was long so i couldnt see who was taking my energy, im a vampyric sorcerer so i used the energy that matches the most with me, the dark energy, i thought it was good since dark can be used to destruction, first i created a dark blade and cut the cord in half but it regenerated itself (probably this was an ability granted by the flesh energy it incorporated, then i chopped it in many pieces but the same thing happened, so i grabbed it and corrupted it with my dark energy until it turned (at least the part i could see in my room) into dust and then it retreated.

i hope this hint help, use destruction energy and corrupt the cord if you can control your energy.
