[Help] How to find a good job?

So I'm a programmer who lives in the third world and I have about 7 years of professional experience. Now the issue is the globally remote companies are rare so it restricts my application to like 1% of all job postings. And this 1% are usually meaningless and inconsequential companies and positions. I feel like I'm skilled enough to carry my own in much better companies as attested to by multiple of my previous managers.

Is there any kind of ritual I could do or spirit I could contact to be able to find a better position than all my previous ones in a more consequential company? I'm currently unemployed by the way.

Hi Konvent, I am a fellow 3rd world programmer as well (Colombia). And beforehand I think you won’t like this answer: For better things to come you will have to improve yourself as well. Be thankful for what you have right now which is a lot and see the tutorials posting here about meditation to find what are your true weaknesses that are keeping you from getting a better job.

Most of the time are just obstacles that you put to yourself, believe me. You have 7 YoE which is enough time for internacional companies to expect some leadership and architectural skills, so assuming you are investing your time on hard skills already, you should cultivate your aura and how people perceive you which again, it starts with meditation and knowing yourself. I don’t have much knowledge about using external forces to get something so maybe other users can help you with that as well. You could try some rituals if you think you are getting weighted by negative entities too.

I think the first thing you should do is go crazy and send out resumes, and then consider finding the corresponding spirit body.

Hi, hope my late answer is not unwelcome. Cannot speak for others, but I did a ritual for my bf to get an interview, since he had been for more than half a year at that point unemployed, used Damon Brand books (Gallery of Magick, you have them on kindle as well as this webpage). Result? He had been trying for months only getting mediocre offers and not that many, he had an interview arranged the next day, did another ritual from the same book so he had a succesfull interview, he then got the job.

So for me Damon Brand books worked. The one in particular was Magickal Riches. We did not get King Midas levels of wealth, but he got a job as a teacher that he loves (which is fortunate since i will be resigning from mine in december, maybe then the book will be usefull again).
