What would I have to do to get proof of the occult or summonings or anything of that nature. Like if I wanted to show someone grimoires work, what would you do to show them it works without a question? I’ve read an account of someone summoning a spirit using the key of Solomon, but it took months and months of preparation and work, and it’s really unsafe if you don’t know what your doing apparently. Is there a safer, quick way to speak to a spirit, or do something supernatural? I know the question might make me sound gullible. I know these things take years of practice, but if you had a gun to your head and you had to prove it quickly, what would you do?

I've always considered the magical and esoteric to be just as much a frame of mind as it is a set of practices. It's the sort of thing that will make you look a bit schizo if you're trying to prove it to someone still firmly rooted in their preconceptions. If they're willing to meet you partway philosophically, you might be able to reach them in a long discussion by unsettling the stable ontologies and cosmologies many ascribe to. However, I've always had more success just doing a tarot reading (I have many years of experience and weave elements of Kabbalah and my own personal syncretisms into my readings, so it's a comfortable go-to for introducing others to the occult); it's something practical/utilitarian so, even if they're not convinced of the supernatural per se, it opens the door to accepting esoteric praxis at the very least.
