First time I see someone calling it Hamzad in a while lol, usually they refer to it as Qareen. You can probably find some stuff floating around but nothing coherently orthodox as a technique across major methods being used. If you want something to bite in term of textual reference then you can go for PGM III 612-32.
I did my own experiments with Qareen/Hamzad here, include the ritual, volunteers, the theory and all of that:
