So I kinda live with religious parents and also share a room with my siblings so I don’t really have a private space to perform some rituals I wanna try to invoke goetia demons. Could I perform these rituals somewhere like in my car??

I don't have experience with Goetia Demons, but I believe that the best place for you is in the hoods, find a quiet, perfect (for you) and safe place, they should do. And let us know about your experience.

I would suggest you make yourself a portable altar so that you can go off and set up somewhere quiet and safe, like @tantofaznem suggests. Maybe a wooden box big enough to hold all your items, that you can fold out when you get to your location. If you have any skill in woodwork, you could make it yourself, or use a cloth to wrap everything in instead.
I don't know about you, but cramped inside a car wouldn't do it for me.
I know this is Christian, but this would be the ultimate

Like Robert said, portable altars can make this work. For years I used a tiny portable table of practice and some incense, but with the threat of religious parents & family, I wouldn't risk even having paper forms of the altars, seals, and tables.
You can definitely do magic in your car, though formal goetic evocation usually requires some space! You can adapt & modify some hoodoo/conjure rituals using goetic demons which makes the operation more like spellwork than a formal evocation, but it still functions very well. Jason Miller has a basic form of this in his book Real Sorcery for the demon Bune, and I've done forms of this for other demons. You can also find good inspiration for low-tool magic in his book Consorting with Spirits, Paul Huson's Mastering Witchcraft, and Rufus Opus's Goetic Grimoire. I think a safe bare minimum would be a triangle, circle, and some basic offerings like alcohol & fruit, which can be poured/left outside without making anyone suspicious.
Instead of a real circle, you can consecrate a belt or some twine and wrap it around you. This is to separate your space from the demon's. The triangle can take many forms, ranging from a stick arangement from stuff outside, a basic sheet of paper with a triangle, or really any type of triangular artwork. The triangle is for keeping the demon in the separate designated space, supporting its manifestation, and also acting as a place to constrain it if it acts up.

Honestly, I wouldn't start with the spirits of Goetia. Begin with the 72 Shem angels, for example. In my opinion, Theurgy is the best path for beginners, especially if you're in a place where you might fear being discovered. Create a symbolic altar in your room and work with them.

That's an interesting topic. I have a few tips for you. If you find it difficult to do rituals in your parents' house, just imagine doing rituals in your parents-in-law's house. That was my situation 
At first, when I lived with my parents, at least I had something. Later, I had to learn how to work with nothing at all.
So, I'd recommend working with things like sigils or pathworking. Your mind is everything you need.
As someone already told you, I've done many rituals in my car. But if you don't have a car, you can do them almost anywhere. You just need to focus.
I've learned a lot from the rituals in Gallery of Magick.
As for something like evocation, I suppose you'll need to find a place in a forest, on a mountain, or wherever you can find that's safe for you and won't disturb anyone else.
But you can do so much with pathworking, sigils, or words of power.
