Moved. Maybe this thread is helpful:

But this same question has been asked a couple of times before with different answers, so please take a look on the forum before you make a thread next time.

Dear teachers。Which are the must-read magic books for beginners?
I’ve been reading “In Domine Draconis” by Daemon Barzai and highly recommend it. The book is new but it’ll prime you for Draconian (or any other path) workings while keeping you level headed so you don’t go off the rails with edginess. It’s an easy to pick up modern text.

This site has a library section that has a ton of texts.

How to get started? It depends on what you are interested in/drawn to. If you are from a magickal culture of some kind (and in my experience there are many, many around the world - in both my citizenship country and the country I was born and partly raised in, both have hidden or somewhat hidden magickal currents) and are drawn to that, then explore it. Otherwise one way to begin is just to explore your interests in myth (often veiled magick or veiled wisdom) or find a form of divination you are interested in and use that to begin your exploration.

Well, think to yourself: "What particular systems am I interested in giving a shot?"

There are tons of esoteric systems to look into. However, I would recommend looking into The Kybalion by The Three Initiates. That was a great starting point for me.
