How to use breath in magic 101

In this video, I break down why shamans, prophets, and mystics across cultures used caves silence, darkness, and breath restriction to enter altered states. We focus on breath as the real key: how to access the quiet daydreaming state, find the gap between breaths, and use it with precision rather than force.

Good. In that case the video is good. Nice talk.

...Though I do hear there some background noises like TV in other room or something. Maybe try to find more silent place for recording. I often solve that by recording during the night at place where there is only clock ticking and I can put them into the wardrobe for the recording.

Yeah, that is usual trouble of living with other people. Beyond that the sound is good. Phone is quite capable. I record using phone too, even some more professional YouTubers use phone.
