Hello everyone. How delighted I was to find an old school forum still active and functioning! And it concerns my deepest, greatest interest - the occult and the hidden mechanisms of the universe. I became interested in this world through the Eastern Orthodox Church in which I grew up. I was lucky enough to have been baptized at a monastery and spent summer breaks there as a youth. I was immediately fascinated with the ascetic lifestyle and learning deeper about concepts like Theosis, the ladder of divine ascent and other meditative practices (like chanting the prayer rope etc) I knew already there was so much to this world that we do not understand. Though I am now what my spiritual fathers would have called a heretic and a blasphemer, that foundation paved the way for whatever it is that I am now. I am turning 36 this year, and I've spent my life as a spiritual seeker. I've dabbled in most forms of Paganism along with Thelema, Kabbalah, Western Hermeticism, some Eastern traditions like Yoga, and of cours all of that lead my ultimately to my current destination which is Chaos Magick. I believe in everything, and nothing at all.

Other interests of mine include history, fantasy/scifi novels, creative writing, and my ever expanding collection of dungeon synth cassette tapes.

I'm so glad to be here and I look forward to getting to know the community and hopefully making some friends along the way!
