Human understanding of power of light is very limited, for example humans cant perceive the angels energy or power, it all seems overwhelmingly bright or gold or fiery when there is actually no fire and that it isnt overwhelming. Angels see each other with different colour gradients based on the flow of their energy and intensity.
Darkness is not what humans think. In a basic way, light is illusion, darkness is reality. Humans always run to illusion and avoid reality.

Light is a form of EM or radiation. EM waves both act like a particle and like a wave. Its not just a particular phenomenon but its also because of how they react with matter and act like matter too. Light as we know in science is a small set of frequencies that we can see, but the EM spectrum is huge. In other words with ESP you'd be able to see wifi and mobile signals and messages like you would with light. Energy has mass, the equation from einstein for nuclear energy E=mc^2 is accurate as energy and mass are interchangeable. The sun is an example of a fusion+fission reaction that decays as it releases energy, as it has a limited amount of energy in total but the reaction is a way of conversion between atoms that release energy and eventually the fuel on the outer layer does not have enough energy and is released but the sun's gravity keeps matter close while EM which travels at the speed of light (all waves travel at the speed of light as they are interchangeable between waves and particles). To better explain things, while we can observe photons, the same is true for other frequencies of EM waves not in the visible light spectrum. Our atmosphere does have molecules that react to particular EM frequencies that cause wifi signals to have performance issues or interfere with other things. For example above 5Ghz we start interfering with oxygen in the air, and this is why some signals are very short ranged.
From scientific perspective, the wave equation or the squared loss of energy as it spreads is related to its frequency for the range and density, this is why high frequency is penetrating but short ranged while low frequency tends to travel further. Penetrating though doesnt really relate to range but the frequency which relates to density and range. For nuclear radiation like gamma waves which are high frequency, the energy released from nuclear reactions are extremely high. beta and alpha radiation are particles and not EM waves so they tend to give all their energy on first contact just like a bullet passing through an object, so there are differences between a wave acting as a particle vs an actual particle, only that they exhibit symptoms of particles but not all of it. The frequency of a wave affects how efficiently they collide with a particle (nucleus/electrons), and their range given their energy release per cycle.
Spiritually the concept is different as its more inline with energy and elemental magick. Light, divine energy and darkness (divine in this case too) are more advanced elements that arent the 4 or 5 basic elements humans learn in magick. both divine energy and darkness (not light) is very advanced and difficult to wield and are forms of raw power. This is not the same as the energy of the universe that we cannot see (coined dark energy/matter) is just regular energy but it can be manipulated as well. Too much raw power can be too much for humans to handle, thats why mental strength and mindset is very important.
you are quite perceptive i guess. You'd have to learn the theory of power, its mechanics and your limits. Beings beyond your limits are much harder to perceive which is the case between humans and angels. Beings that are too far apart cant see each other, So if you cant feel a person they could be extremely weak or beyond your capabilities. From my experience many local beings do not understand this theory and end up failing to understand that many beings are beyond their capabilities and so they lose. Class 4 angels are the most humans can see, beyond that the gap is just too big.
I've not really seen any teachings that teach this but i also dont have as much time and opportunity to go around reading. Angels dont really speak about themselves much because they dont care that they themselves are angels, so its like they dont have much to say about themselves. They also dont trust humans enough to teach them much given humans once abused the knowledge and power they were given (knowledge and power common to beings of other worlds) hence why we are the weakest. This is the original sin of "adam and eve" and some of their descendents. The real story is that the theory of evolution is correct but human souls was the spiritual part created. There is no fruit, just the gift of knowledge and power.
to learn advanced power and elements you need mastery of energy, elemental and a good understanding of power. Just like lucifer uses light as an illusion to fool people, powerful angels use darkness to impose their own reality.
The point is that you post about having defeated Samael, you are an exorcist who has saved multiple people from suicide and you harness the Dark Powerz. So if anyone would be able to teach these things it would be you - why else bring them up? Here we like to learn from each other.

im not going to talk about how people can get suicided on purpose or par accident during spiritual wars of becoming one. me thinks people who asked for revealing the black book trump claims to have and now keeps silent about are also in the know and are better prepared in life to deal with that. i also think people like the tate brothers walk that lane. willingly or fighting to get out idk.
if were gonna talk angels and light/dark things, i think the most complex is speaking about it like it isnt string theory happening in the electric universe. how did these ancients ones convey such truths true story telling and initiation? often by almost killing the ones involved. i found antinomianism works very well. i ate pork after being a moslem for 25 years, it gave me huge fears of an evil god and i found a damn lot of worlds and spirits. i didnt get an answer of why not to eat pork btw, other then diversity and its accompanying feelings is good for business. makes me mute the crap out of me...

well many dont ask but may post on reddit on their negative experience or needing help. Many times their post goes against the rules on posting (such as the negativity or discouragement) and even those that dont break the rules get deleted. Sometimes i catch the victim before their post gets deleted and message them to help.
With every failed attempt i analysed how i can better improve things and did so, that now i can stop advanced or accomplished mages too that harass or harm others. Just recently in relation to another post of mine someone on the forum either a guest or user attacked me supernaturally, felt a pain on my arm like as if i was sliced. I quickly took away the ability of the attacker to do magick and felt like as if someone was shouting at a wall in the sense of trying. Although part of what i did requires supernatural items crafted by angels.
I see you're an ex-muslim as well. It took a lot of effort to figure out what was wrong and once i had awakened and knew the details about god and guidance it straight away debunked religions for me. The nature of god defined in religions is the problem and it is also used to further bad scriptures. For me i could never practice a lot of the occult since i was physically limited living around muslims.
The best way to find out with angels is to start. The most common way is to communicate by prayer, starting with an angel like gabriel who is much much easier to start with. Angels like uriel and aphiel are both introverts and power types, so while they are insanely powerful they are the hardest to initiate contact with. From time to time i noticed there are some who are able to work with a non local angel who typically looks like a region of consciousness of fractals

ofcourse i do train others and do try to dispense my knowledge to try and help others also train and improve their ability. Not everything on the list is achievable by humans alone and in comparison samael was pretty underwhelming. If you learn the knowledge of other worlds and beings not local here or within the reach of the kaballah and similar systems, they are very very different to us and have different ways and mindsets that coincide with a much improved society.
When i awakened i already had power, it just gave me better access to it, sight and much more. I basically had given up then gave up on giving up as i got mad. This means i have a very low opinion of local beings in general and their practices (which means a lot of the occult practices). Its not from any elitism but experience after spending years under duress and seeing how occult communities get too embroiled with whats written rather than truth. For instance a lot of works show samael as an angel rather than fallen and the majority of practitioners who work with angels will disagree to hell that samael is a fallen rather than an actual angel (or one that plays both sides). To some angels like aphiel this sort of thing is unacceptable and he for example is adamant on avoiding misinformation but humans also arent really his responsibility. He gets a bad rep (if you translate his name) given he goes over the top to protect.

nah in this case i just ask them on reddit if they would like help in solving the problem. I dont tell them any extraordinary claims. As fun as it is i dont see the point in urging people to it, i'd rather they accept help on their own accord. As easy as it is for me to help, i dont go against their free will as you can damage or hurt people by forcing rather than having them choose which is especially true in exorcism where they must choose not to side with the invader (basically not to keep fueling it) as forcefully solving it would harm.
This is why especially with angels they consider free will and choice and why it is especially difficult for them to share with humans given many practitioners cannot accept many of their teachings given people tend to have a stubborn interpretation of what they think is true and would find it difficult if there is knowledge that shatters their view. This is true in the occult where many practitioners will not accept a different fact that contradicts what has been studied or written given some of them intentionally is deceptive or rather untrue but this isnt really noticed.
