I focused on trance work with Hypnos to deepen my trance state since Hypnos can directly put you into a trance state or altered states of consciousness he's also good for beginners since he can help you easily access these states I asked him to do so and it was effective and with lasting effects I'm now in a state where I can effortlessly go into trance and stay there comfortably.
Phantastos for dream work I experienced vivid life like dreams I didn’t ask Phantastos to make me dream about anything specific I just wanted to dream and he got it exactly right and gave exactly what was needed he can make you dream about anything you want if you have a specific wish so not only can you choose what your dream is about but control what happens and decide how long it lasts. I didn’t follow the ritual in the book but I did use sigils from the book and the process was simple just used sigils, repeated names, and asked Hypnos to get me into a trance state and Phantastos to make me have dreams.
I’ve worked with both Hypnos and Phantastos, but it’s optional if you want to work on trance states go with Hypnos if you’re looking for dreams Phantastos is great like i said he is excellent for dream control and lucidity.
I’m sharing my experience to contribute and I'm just talking about what I did and hoping it can help others.
