i have another question if yall don't mind. after someone has basically knows everything about a field there is to know (for example martial art) and has learned the basics and everything how does one progress further into the unknown? transcending that and reaching new heights? whats yall take on these questions? appreciate it. can the occult help with those things?

sounds good in theory,but how do i start going beyond the treshold or limits and transcend?

I need to give you something different, you need this. Pick up a book like Franz Bardons Initiation Into Hermetics and get Kriya initiated. Master both the book and your kriya, for one year, maybe longer. Pick up a little building the ball exercise or other Qi Gong to pepper in something in the evenings. You will grow where you are looking.

Depends on the field, really. Sometimes the discipline is fully solved and there's not much left to it but applications. Sometimes "everything there is to know" is an illusion and what you need is imagination. There is no way of meaningfully answering this question without more context.

It's a simple start to things. You go to the Initation, you get a small lesson, shaktipat and an exercise to master. You then spend the next year getting that perfected. The results are steady and well recorded, it fits into life and you get a solid foundation from a real teacher immediately.

There are other ways but in my 10 years of healing and helping, it's the quickest one I've found that is simple to get access to.

If you don't have that near you, put something up and I'd be happy to give alternatives.
