I never wanted magic — it found me through consciousness work. 20 years solo, no teacher.

Hi everyone. My name is Andrey, I'm 44, from Russia.

I want to be upfront: magic was never my goal. My path started with lucid dreaming and philosophy in my youth — I was after spiritual development, nothing more. Then came ten years inside a strict religious tradition (Gaudiya Vaishnavism), which I left through an open conflict once I saw the practice wasn't working and the structure ran on obedience rather than results.

After that I spent many years working alone, with no teacher, purely on raising consciousness through deep altered states (I call it "gnosis" or my own term, "octave"). Magic showed up as a byproduct of that work, not the goal. At some point I found that in these states, reality starts responding to intent — and I was both thrilled and shaken the first time I actually saw it play out.

Since then I've noticed a consistent pattern: when the resonance is genuinely strong, within one to three days a specific marker shows up — usually a dream on the third night where some animal attacks me (it's varied — a boa constrictor, rats), followed by a physical crash for a day or two, and then the result shows up in reality. The stronger the resonance, the clearer that signal.

I work with Tarot, runes, a singing bowl, and overtone/throat singing as tools to enter that state. It was only this year that I learned what I'd built on my own already has a name — chaos magic — and it was good to realize I'm not the only one doing this.

I'm here to find people with similar, though not necessarily identical, experience — to compare notes and hear what works for others. Looking forward to a good conversation.
