[Help] I think I encountered a sleep paralysis demon.

So, as the title suggests, that's what happened. I've been using the Draconian Ritual book for the past few nights. Last night, I felt a heaviness on my chest. In a dream, I saw this creature. It was humanoid and female, but seemed to be like a she-orc, like what you'd see in world of Warcraft. Muscular body, long nails, green skin, but a feminine frame. However, I didn't get a good look at her face. She was wearing this tattered sheet. It was probably the only thing she was wearing. The sheet covered her face, except a slit for the eyes, but left one big flap past the neck and shoulder area. It covered her naked body, bit a simple breeze could move it. When I noticed her, it was like she was trying to get my attention. In a panic, I drew a cross in my mind, and she disappeared.
