Things that you post here are available to random public view. Also since it is online, anyone can hotlink or re-use it as they see fit.
My reason for asking is that from time to time I might want to use various graphics to illustrate something in a post or tutorial, et al, that may not make a lot of sense if randomly posted publicly.
No reason to care, honestly. What IMGur posts on their page is their business and they surely pay attention to how the pictures are chosen. I truly doubt that it is fully random.
That's true, But to post the Here they have to be Hosted Somewhere Else First, because of the image size overhead. My question was/is if I post something on Imgur is it automatically a Meme for public display There?

Yeah, that's a Good point, think I'll pass on this one, Unless I want to post a Meme, then I obviously won't care if it's public!
