In Judea, there were three divisions of holy property - the outer courtyard, the inner courtyard, and the temple. Individually, the outer courtyard would be considered your land, which you must walk, pray over and bless; the inner courtyard doing the same with your dwelling, and you, the Temple.
Not only body but mind and spirit as well.
So, I went to a secondhand store and found a hollow statue of an angel, blue and white in color, a female with blondish hair. Angelic but no wings. Saint?
A Sante Muerta necklace and charm within a coffin shepe outer design.
I had paid tribute to a Santa Muerte altar at a local conjure shop two weeks prior.
Was gifted a rosary by an elderly woman I helped to her car after telling her the story.
So some items seem cursed, some blessed.
For either, what would you be observing as indicators of it being blessed or cursed, other than a personal interpretation of runs of bad luck?
In other words, direct and solidly tested indicators.

I’m big on vibe. Most of the time, when encountering some kind of charged item, we can sense it’s energy sympathetically. A simple check is to place your hands over the item with your palms facing it.

A more involved check is with a divination tool. Pendulums are excellent for this. I have charts I use where if the item is small enough, I’ll place it on the chart and use the pendulum to determine various factors like alignment, energy level, history. The charts have a circle to place the item and a variety of lines and sections to read stuff like swing distance and angle. I haven’t done it before, but I’m sure cartomancy could work too. Connect to the item via meditation or whatever you use and throw one card down, or shit even a small 3-5 card spread.

Although items aren’t people, I believe we can do readings on them because like us, they also hold memories and energy that can be tapped into.
