Have any of you heard of the "Internal Arts Academy"? It's apparently a series of courses in Neigong (Daoist Energy Work), made by Damo Mitchell. I've read a few of his books, but I'm not sure if it's worth committing to a monthly fee. Has anyone here tried this out? If so, what was your experience?
