Hi,
Im a life long Esoteric/Occultist.
I had written out a detailed introduction, so people could refer to it and make their own decisions about it may comments were from direct experience, just book learning , from a combination, or delusion.lol
In the middle of writing, the Ethers or web site, ate my homework. I’m not sure if I should take that as an ill omen for my introduction or perhaps Siri holding a grudge against me
A quick overview is, I’ll always be a Esoteric Taoist/ Himalayan Tantric Yogi at heart
I studied and practised Shuegedo, Shingon and Taoism for 25 years. Advaita Vedanta for 3. Than Himalayan Tantric yoga, Bon and Buddhism for the last 20 years.
I also did a study and trade of information with eclectic group of Sufi comprised of different sects in Detroit before moving, around 35 years back.
Comparative mythology, comparative religion, and comparative esoteric Traditions are my hobby. Fairly well, knowledgeable.Kabbala. But 25 years ago, my investigations led me to not have a huge interest in the modern Western tradition.
Yet hitting a plateau ended up, bringing me into the modern Grimoire revival movement. And I’ve spent the last eight years or so studying and practicing in this context.
I’m a professional musician and perform as a cosmic zombie called “ The Great… Byond” (But only my mom calls me Great)
