Hello everyone,
My name is Yosef Ya-Oriel, and I am writing from Brazil.
I have actually been a member of the forum for a little while already, but only now took the time to properly introduce myself.
My main area of interest is ceremonial magic, especially through a Kabbalistic and traditional grimoire-based lens. My studies and practice are centered on subjects such as angelic magic, planetary ritual work, the Olympic spirits, Solomonic material, the Four Worlds of Kabbalah, divine names, spiritual hierarchies, and older currents such as Hekhalot and related mystical traditions. I am also very interested in the structure of ritual itself: invocation, conjuration, hierarchy, liturgy, and the relationship between the celestial, angelic, and operative dimensions of the Art.
I joined this forum also as a way of trying to break through the language barrier. English is not my first language, but I did not want that to stop me from entering into contact with people who take these subjects seriously. I am here both to share what I have been studying and practicing, and to seek knowledge from those with deeper experience in the many traditions represented here.
I especially value discussions that go beyond the surface and engage seriously with sources, correspondences, ritual logic, and lived practice.
I am glad to be here, and I hope to contribute with good conversations, useful exchanges, and sincere questions as I continue learning alongside all of you.
Regards
