Thank you so much for including such detailed information! I’m studying both the medicinal and metaphysical properties of herbs (whew!). This will definitely come in clutch for my studies.

I use a few herbs daily - korean ginseng and rhodiola amongst them.
Ginkgo has now been proven to be not very effective for memory protection, look more to vinpocetine and citicoline.

For magical uses I like to grow my own more difficult to obtain herbs, particularly belladonna, mandrake and henbane.

I will definitely be emailing my pharmacist to see if any of my (many) medications interact with dandelion root! It seems to be good for many of the issues that I deal with! Thanks for the info!

I'm surprised that Echinacea is listed as an at-risk plant! My mother grows them in her garden, and she says that they are easy to grow and care for.

Also, be aware: St Johns Root will interact with antidepressant medications, as in it will totally negate them!
